This is a sandbox stand-in for the interactive Confidential Information Memorandum. If you can read this page, you passed the front-door filter, signed the NDA, and authenticated as an allow-listed buyer via a one-time email PIN.
The page is private by default. Access is controlled at the identity layer by Cloudflare Access, one shared CIM URL for every buyer, each buyer added to the allow-list by an AF partner after NDA. A forwarded link is useless to anyone not on the list. Every open is logged; access is revocable and can expire.
The real interactive CIM (self-contained page, AF design system, in-page PDF fallback) deploys to this same project with real deal data, published by Simon. James builds the flow against sandbox data only; real financials never touch a shared or dev environment.
